Sona stands at the forefront of technology, neuroscience, and music therapy, providing a natural, efficient, and affordable approach to mental healthcare. It has been scientifically tested by leading neuroscientists at UC Berkeley, demonstrating significant increases in alpha and theta brain waves as well as reduced stress hormones in just minutes.

Sona tailors your playlist based on reported symptoms, the time of day, and your listening preferences. By completing a brief mental health survey during sign-up, you will receive a personalized "listening prescription".

The app includes a sleep timer feature that automatically initiates when you start playing music. This way, you can indulge in carefully curated relaxing tracks and breathing exercises to help unwind and alleviate stress.

For optimal results, use Sona at night before going to sleep or during the day in a quiet environment. Aim to listen for at least 10 minutes or until you feel relief. Find a calm space, close your eyes, and minimize distractions to enhance the experience. Additionally, Sona can be incorporated into meditation sessions or alongside breathwork and mindfulness practices. It is also an ideal solution for soothing your child or baby to sleep.

Sona offers a 14-day subscription-free trial of Sona Premium upon registration. Once the trial period ends, users have the option to continue with the free version or subscribe to an auto-renewing monthly plan (options: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year).

Subscriptions are charged to the credit card linked to your iTunes account. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment for renewal is processed within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal is provided. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings through your account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase, where applicable.
